Check-in is from 15.00 WIB, and you can arrive any time after that. Check-out is at 12.00 WIB (noon).

Short answers to what guests ask most before booking. For anything else, WhatsApp is fastest.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes, for a fee and subject to availability. Early check-in costs 75% of the Flexible rate from 06.00, 50% from 09.00 and 25% from 12.00; late check-out costs 25% up to 15.00, 50% up to 18.00 and 75% up to 21.00. Neither is available for check-ins on Saturday or Sunday, or for check-outs on Friday or Saturday.
Is there daily cleaning?
No. Each unit is cleaned once, before you check in, and there is no daily cleaning during a stay of several days.
Are pets allowed?
No. The apartment buildings' management rules do not allow pets in the units.
Can I smoke in the unit?
Smoking is not allowed indoors in any unit. At The Majesty and Galeri Ciumbuleuit 1 you can smoke on the balcony. At Grand Setiabudi smoking is not allowed at all, balcony included.
How many guests can stay, and is there an extra bed?
Each unit page shows two numbers: how many adults the original beds sleep, and the maximum with an extra bed. An extra adult costs Rp100,000 per night, which covers the extra bed (a floor mattress), linen and a towel. Children stay free as long as no extra bed is needed.
Which units have a bathtub?
18 of the 85 apartments have a bathtub. The full list is on the Personalized picks page.
Is there parking?
Yes, each building has parking, paid with a daily pass that is not included in the room rate: Rp25,000 for a car or motorbike at The Majesty, Rp25,000 for a car or Rp20,000 for a motorbike at Grand Setiabudi, and Rp15,000 for a car or Rp10,000 for a motorbike at Galeri Ciumbuleuit 1. The vehicle has to be registered first.
What comes with every unit?
Air conditioning in every room, the unit's own WiFi, a smart TV with streaming services, a water heater, a hair dryer, linen, towels, soap and shampoo, and an iron with an ironing board. The kitchen has an induction stove, a microwave, a fridge, a rice cooker and basic cooking tools.
How do I pay, and can I reschedule or cancel?
Full payment upfront is required to secure a booking. A Flexible rate allows up to 3 date changes per booking, requested at least 2 days before the original arrival date and subject to availability; a Strict rate allows no changes. Bookings made on this website are non-refundable, and a no-show is charged in full.
Where are the three buildings?
The Majesty Apartment is at Jl. Surya Sumantri No.91, next to Maranatha University. Grand Setiabudi Apartment is at Jl. Dr. Setiabudi No.130-134. Galeri Ciumbuleuit Apartment 1 is at Jl. Ciumbuleuit No.42A, near Parahyangan University; all three are in Bandung.
