This page covers payment, changes and cancellation. It is written plainly because it matters: dates and refunds are the parts of a stay nobody wants to argue about later. Read it once before confirming.
Check In is available 24 Hours, you may check in at anytime after 15.00 WIB. Early Check In Request is Not Guaranteed - strictly subject to Unit Availability. Government-issued photo ID may be required.
Paid Early Check In is available* only on Weekdays Check Ins at the rate of: > from 06.00 : 75% of Flexible Room Rate. > from 09.00 : 50% of Flexible Room Rate. > from 12.00 : 25% of Flexible Room Rate.
Free Late Check Out is Not Available. Paid Late Check Out is available* only on Weekdays Check Outs at the rate of: > up to 15.00 : 25% of Flexible Room Rate. > up to 18.00 : 50% of Flexible Room Rate. > up to 21.00 : 75% of Flexible Room Rate.
Subject to Unit Availability. * Not Available for Check Outs that fall on Friday and Saturday or Check Ins that fall on Saturday and Sunday.
Price is quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Price includes One Time* Cleaning, which is done before your Check In.
* We do not provide Daily Cleaning for multiple days stay.
Upfront Full Payment is required to secure your booking.

* Alteration Request must be submitted H-2 to Original Arrival Date. Subject to Unit Availability, Rate will be adjusted to New Arrival Date Flexible Rate, Any surplus will not be refunded. Maximum 3x Alterations per Booking Confirmation.
All reservation made through our Website is in Strictly Non Refundable.
In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if it appears that guest has engaged in fraudulent activity.
Daily Rate as seen in our Website Unit Page are subject to change without prior notice. Variable Rate as seen in our Booking Page will fluctuate depending on demand, length of stay and duration from Booking to Check In at any given time.
Original Capacity : Ideal number of Adults based on Original Bed Arrangement. Maximum Capacity : Maximum number of Adults with Extra Bed allowed inside the Unit.
Price displayed on Daily Rate is for Original Bed Arrangement. Additional Charge for Extra Adult is 100,000/Person/Day - which includes : Extra Bed ( Floor Mattress ), Linen and Towel. Children Stay for Free - as long as there is no Extra Bed needed.
