How the unit works
A few things to know once you are in. No smoking indoors, ever: at The Majesty and Galeri Ciumbuleuit it is the balcony only, and at Grand Setiabudi not even there. The furniture stays where it is. The access card goes back at check-out. The unit is cleaned once before you arrive rather than daily. Damage is charged at replacement cost and a lost card carries a fine, so the rest of this page is worth two minutes.
No Smoking
Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside our Unit (Indoor), smoking is only allowed outside at the Balcony (Outdoor). At Grand Setiabudi Apartment, smoking is not allowed at all, including on the Balcony.
No Pets
Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed into our Units due to Apartment Building Management Regulations.
Quiet Hours
Please respect other Guest and Apartment Tenants by keeping the noise to a minimum after 21.00 to 08.00 WIB
Loss and Damage
Guests will be liable to pay for any loss or damage to the Unit or Furniture and Decorations inside the Unit caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Inside the Unit
Please act in a respectful manner inside our Unit - try to leave it as neat as when you first enter.
Please refrain from moving furniture or decorations around the unit - if you must do so, please return it to the original position before Check Out.
