Check In is available 24 Hours, you may check in anytime after 15.00 WIB.
Early Check In Request is Not Guaranteed - strictly subject to Unit Availability.
Government-issued photo ID may be required.
Paid Early Check In is available* only on Weekdays Check Ins at the rate of:
- from 06.00 : 75% of Flexible Room Rate.
- from 09.00 : 50% of Flexible Room Rate.
- from 12.00 : 25% of Flexible Room Rate.
Check Out Time : 12.00 WIB (Noon)
Free Late Check Out is Not Available.
Paid Late Check Out is available* only on Weekdays Check Outs at the rate of:
- up to 15.00 : 25% of Flexible Room Rate.
- up to 18.00 : 50% of Flexible Room Rate.
- up to 21.00 : 75% of Flexible Room Rate.
* Subject to Unit Availability.
**Not Available for Check Outs that fall on Friday and Saturday or Check Ins that fall on Saturday and Sunday.
Pricing
Price is quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Price includes One Time* Cleaning, which is done before your Check In.
*We do not provide Daily Cleaning for multiple days stay.
Payment
Upfront Full Payment is required to secure your booking.
Reschedule
Please check Rate Rules you pick while making your Reservation through our Booking Page.
- Strict Rate does not allow any type of Date Alteration/Duration Change
- Flexible Rate allows Date Alteration*
*Alteration / Reschedule Request must be submitted before D-2 to Original Arrival Date. Subject to Unit Availability, Rate will be adjusted to New Arrival Date Flexible Rate, Any excess payment will not be refunded. Maximum 3x Alterations per Booking Confirmation.
Cancelation & Refund
All reservations made through our Website are Strictly Non Refundable.
In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% will apply.
Fraudulent Reservation
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if it appears that guests have engaged in fraudulent activity.
Rate Policy
Rates
Daily Rate as seen in our Website Unit Page are subject to change without prior notice.
Variable Rate as seen in our Booking Page will fluctuate depending on demand, length of stay and duration from Booking to Check In at any given time.
Rate is only guaranteed once you have made your payment and given a Booking Confirmation.
Unit Capacity
Original Capacity : Ideal number of Adults based on Original Bed Arrangement.
Maximum Capacity : Maximum number of Adults with Extra Bed allowed inside the Unit.
Price displayed on Daily Rate is for Original Bed Arrangement.
Additional Charge for Extra Adult is IDR 100,000/Person/Day - which includes : Extra Bed (Floor Mattress), Linen and Towel.
Children Stay for Free - as long as there is no Extra Bed needed.
Days Definition
Weekdays : Check In on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Weekend : Check In on Friday and Saturday.
High Season : Holiday Weeks such as Eid Holiday, End Year Holiday, New Year Holiday, and Long Weekends.
Unit Rules
Housekeeping
No Daily Cleaning. Cleaning will only be done once, before your Check In.
No Smoking
Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside our Unit (Indoor), smoking is only allowed outside at the Balcony (Outdoor). At Grand Setiabudi Apartment, smoking is not allowed at all, including on the Balcony.
No Pets
Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed into our Units due to Apartment Building Management Regulations.
Quiet Hours
Please respect other Guest and Apartment Tenants by keeping the noise to a minimum after 21.00 to 08.00 WIB
Loss & Damages
Guests will be liable to pay for any loss or damage to the Unit or Furniture and Decorations inside the Unit caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Inside the Unit
Please act in a respectful manner inside our Unit - try to leave it as neat as when you first enter.
Please refrain from moving furniture or decorations around the unit - if you must do so, please return it to the original position before Check Out.
Checking In
Risk of Carrying Valuables Items
I fully understand the risk of carrying valuables items and I hereby release the management of youre.at and the building management from all demands and responsibilities if any of my valuables items and/or other guests valuables items are lost when I and/or other guests are in the area of youre.at
Risk of Using Facilities in the Apartment Building
I fully understand the risks in using the facilities in the Apartment Building and hereby I state that I will pay attention to and comply with all rules and regulations of the facilities in the Apartment Building and I also release the management of youre.at and the building management from all demands and responsibilities if there should anything happened to me and/or other guests.
